Inez' specialty interest is the valuation of Marae and Taonga for Insurance purposes. Inez is currently study a degree in carving at Te Whare Wananga o Raukawa. This is to ensure that valuations are not only conducted from te ao pākeha perspective, but from the māori perspective as well.
Please let us know what kind of valuation you require and for what purpose. Urgent valuations or mortgage valuations are not available at present.
